All orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). It's important to note that returns will not be accepted outside of this 30-day period.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping to Ultimate Space Sydney Warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. Please arrange and cover the return shipping fees. This ensures a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Return:

1. Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise
2. Goods must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. 
3. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been installed or used
